Besh Barmak
Besh Barmak is a traditional dish when translated,means “Five Fingers”because ithas its roots in nomadic times when people ate with their hands. The dish itself is made of hand pulled noodles and finely chopped meat. This was a dish prepared for guests of honor,who were often elders in the community. The smaller the pieces of meat,the easier itwas for guests to eat,and so itwas a sign of respectto have very
small bits of meatin the dish.

While your Besh Barmak is being cooked, adventure to Skazka Canyon and hear stories of ancient Kyrgyz people. Skazka (Fairytale) Canyon is an ever-changing place, its softstones respond to the lightof the sun and flow of water through its gullies. According to ancient legends, these canyons were crafted by Divine hands and were being reshaped every day.
