Zharma
Zharma was traditionally made by the wives of shepherds during the summer months. The drink is made with cereal grains (barley, corn, wheat and millet) and therefore nutritious and thirst quenching at the same time. Every region has their own style of making this delicious drink thereby creating flavors that are unique to each area.

Dymdama
Dymdama is a classic Kyrgyz dish that is both beautiful and nourishing for the body. Made in both the summer and winter,this recipe brings outa symphony of flavors between meat and vegetables. Cooked in many parts of Central Asia, Dymdama is one of those dishes that tastes differentwith every hand thatprepares it.
